Asgard Energy LLC, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, is a natural gas marketing organization independent from utility or pipeline affiliates. Asgard Energy is a joint venture between High Sierra Energy LP and Vaylen Ventures LLC and commenced business on May 1, 2007. Asgard Energy is able to supply natural gas to a broad range of commercial, industrial, governmental, non-profit and residential end users.
